The Story

"When I first began working in the optical field nearly a decade ago, I had no idea that what at the time seemed like just a job would quickly become my passion. Over the years, I've worked with multiple locations across NYC; my favorite part about the experience was being there to find solutions; at first, it was the little things: boost sales here, figure out how to get reimbursed on a CPT code there. Then, I began addressing greater questions: what EHR software to implement? How to design a new location to attract more patients? A lot of times I would notice that the only obstacle facing these practices was not realizing earlier what was POSSIBLE all along.
